URL Exchange is a web link organiser. Links are grouped in topics a comphrensive selection of which are supplied with the program. It is easy to compile your own topics from Internet Explorer Favorites or Netscape Bookmarks or by dragging and dropping individual web addresses. Once collected the addresses can be grouped, sorted and arranged as desired. Though topics are stored as simple text files, the file structure is transparent with just a button click needed to display a topic. Individual links may be marked with arange of symbols and annotated with notes.
